Julia is a visual development artist currently working on animated feature films residing in Los Angeles. She has been working as a visual development artist at Paramount Pictures since 2018.
She has previously worked for Disney Interactive & Consumer Products and has done freelance with Dreamworks TV and Illumination.
Outside of visual development Julia illustrates children's books and book covers.
Her first fully illustrated children's book comes out January 2020, titled "The Mess That We Made" with Flashlight Press. The Mess That We Made explores the environmental impact of trash and plastic on the ocean and marine life, and it inspires kids to do their part to combat pollution.
Julia’s work has been published by Spectrum 23 Fantastic Art, 3DTotalPublishing “Beyond Art Fundamentals – A guide to Emotion, Mood, and Storytelling”, and Simon and Schuster Publishing.
